There was a bed-n-breakfast in New York that made headlines because they charged you 500$ if you left a negative review; it was in the fine print that they would leave your credit card open after you checked out and charge you if you disparaged them.

Once the media got a hold of the story it didn't end well for them.

I think 1 over here pulled the same stunt.
