Franz Carr and Dalian Atkinson played for the rezzies 97/98. HK MK III saying it was for fitness personally I think it was more a case of how desperate we were.

Alan McInally once played half a friendly for us on trial in the early 90's if remember rightly not long after leaving Bayern.

Araz Abduliev or something like that.

Think I also remember we had Adrian Leijer and Kristian Sarkies from Australia when they were teenagers. Didnt play in any games though.
 
wasn't there something weird about espen baardson? wasn't he sort of on trial but had to play v spurs? just checked his wiki, don't remember hearing that he retired after that season at just 25.

You thinking of Edson Buddle? He's bounced around a few different places, but he did spend a few years in that sad, sad town. By this point in his career I think he's had more time with the LA Galaxy than he has with the Crew.

nah he was mentioned a couple of posts after mine. Delron Buckley, some south african fella we had on trial in 2010
