Trent alexander Arnold

He had no idea Vini Jr. was following behind him for half the pitch in the CL final, so he didn't mark him when the crucial pass was made to Vini Jr. to score an easy goal to end up winning the CL final.

Now he's going there.

Looking at it objectively, he'll probably fit in perfectly with Xabi Alonso's system. He'll play him as a wing back like Frimpong does at Leverkusen.

Ironically, looks like the rs are favourites to sign Frimpong, where he'll play in a back four and he's possibly a worse defender than TAA.
He is a decent replacement Jamo, but will suddenly turn into prime Cafu after a few injections and cow blood smear sessions.

When I've seen Frimpong, he gets forward well and links up play with the inside forwards. TAA has a better range of passing though.

As you say, something in the water will 'enhance' him if he does go there

They were never made to, that's why. They got banned for one more season than every other club got banned for. One more season.

They got off with it pretty much scott free when you consider the 'punishment' meted out to others. They got a 20% 'tariff.' An absolutely appalling way to mete out 'justice' and it still amazes me to this day that it didn't lead to lawsuits.

As for this stuff with Arnold, it just highlights how deluded they actuaaly are. The YNWA bollocks just translates to 'if we like you and you play well for us, and only leave when it's right for us then we'll get behind you'. So yeah, they're pretty much just the same as supporters of any other club.
I know, the backlash seems to be “how it makes us look” rather than “ that was wrong” they have this delusion that they are above any other fan base and hate the fact that this has been brought into question with their latest episode.

Seen so many fans saying “ we should have sang Connor Bradley’s name at him” or we should have sang Gerrards name at him, but booings out of order”

In other words yeah have a go at him but we don’t want to look bad:

Slot now coming out with digs about how he was training this year.

He knows exactly what the cult wants to be spoon fed and is happily delivering.

Made up he's coming out with this stuff. Especially if it's not true, and seeing as though Arnold has started 28 league games for them (2,300+ minutes) and has not looked out of place, then you'd have to assume he's at least trained to a reasonable standard. Arnold will have friends in that dressing room. It won't go unnoticed if the manager has thrown him under the bus unfairly.

Definately changes the picture for him with Carlo out and Alonso in
