Carillion cost me my business and 63 employees their jobs. Owed me multiple 6 figures and payments always late or short. Then they just decided not to pay anymore. Feckers!!!!

I know a company that were owed over 1.2 million by Carrillion. Like you said, later and later payments. Threats of taking them to court resulted in threats from Carrillion of no more work from them. They never received the money owed either...

How does someone not have a bank account by the age of 35 ?

Maybe he’s been bankrupt and the bank wouldn’t let him to his account or maybe he had accounts with his ex and doesn’t want her to have access or see . Could be a few things but if he’s not got an address then it might not be easy for him .
