A quick one...

I was dead concerned how quiet our transfer activity had been, but now i'm not so sure.

1 - Do we even need anyone else?

2 - Do you think we will get anybody else?

3 - Who should it be?

Still at the mercy of injuries and fitness especially in the striker department. Would like to see the young strikers more of a go or bring some one in. Why can't we hijack the RS loan of Jones??

I think we could do with one more quality player to go in at centre-back. Neither Distin nor Yobo do it for me, and Jags is going to take most of the rest of the season to bed in again.

Don't know who it would be though, I've never won anything in Football Manager

Pienaar is most probably leaving.
Donovan and Jo are only on loan.
Saha will struggle next season.
Cahill, phil, Distin getting old.
Do we need anyone else? Yes we do!!

Obviously in the long run we do, i was kinda just asking for opinions for this window!

p.s. hope Pienaar doesn't go!

For me Jo is no loss. Not sure if Saha will struggle next season, may not even be here as Pienaar may wish to leave unless his contract is increased, cannot help that. But Bily is in there, Arteta will be back, so.

As for CB, well Yobo is injured again so looks like he is on his way. Distin is here for a while so decent backup when needed but I like Duffy and I think he will be getting in the mix soon. Whilst we still have jags and Hetty.

As Tim and Neville well all players get old but this is not a disaster still have Hibbo and Colemen for RB and in Tim's role what of Rodwell and Gosling?

Not quite so black Axl.

His fitness is a concern. Being a year older at 32, he'll struggle to play as much next season.

Can't afford him anyway.

As for LB I kinda like Bidwell.

I wasn't too impressed with Bidwell in that match. He looked a little Hibbertish to me.

Judging from the time needed for felly, billy, pienaar and Arteta to get use to the style of our league, I'd prefer us to buy someone now and bed them in so that they can hit the ground running at the start of next season.
