Seathestars

Player Valuation: £60m
These are ok, if you're stuck with strangers you usually have enough time to say hello and start talking crap.

Elevators (lifts if you're a scouser) these are a different ball game.

Who have you met

Years ago got in the lift with my missus in a hotel just outside Newcastle, when England where playing an international at St James Park.

Sol Campbell and David Beckham where in the lift already.

Genuinely lost for words at the time.

My missus thought Sol Campbell was his minder lol

...I sat next to Gabriel Byrne on a flight from Dublin to Galway. I didn't know who he was but my let me know it was an actor who was in Usual Suspects. We got chatting, lovely fella. He said he was visiting his mum who lives in Galway. When I was waiting to get my suitcase he came over, shook my hands and wished me all the best.

Roy Evans on a flight to Dublin, was a decent bloke,Cantona in a hotel bar he was very friendly complete opposite to what was expected

....when the kids were little we took them to Florida and did all the theme parks. I think it was the Wild West Show at MGM, I rushed in with my young son to get a seat near the front. We got on the front row but then they cordoned it off along with the row behind. I didn't realise it was for VIPs. I also didn't realise I was sitting next to Demi Moore. She was making a fuss of my son, but it was only after we got out that Mrs Eggs told me who she was.

Stood next to Jason Robinson the rugby International in the sea at Polzeath beach in Cornwall last Summer.

Considering its populated by posh rugger types in the Summer, me and my lad were the only ones who recognised him.
