The new social-networking site, looks like it's a video twitter. You upload a 15-sec video and in a similar thing to twitter you follow and what not. Wonder if it'l take off or a social networking site to far?

I can see people getting annoyed with it only being 15 seconds - if that's the limit? And I can imagine lots of trouble with videos loading and things if it does take off.
