Anyone done this?? Im going to do it Next year

I am so unfit its Unbelievable so if anyone is doing this and is doing training after the new year gis a shout, help me out eh ! (y)


You dont have to be really fit, just a general fitness will get you through.

For training get the basics done, compound weight lifting a few times a week i.e squats, bench press, shoulder press and dead lifts. I would add do sit ups, press ups and pull ups aswell.

Then run once or twice a week, and a swim once or twice.

And just have fun with it, remember its not a race so pace yourself.....
