Tottenham have a 2-1 deficit to overcome in the return leg of their Uefa Cup quarter-final clash against Sevilla.

Last Thursday's controversial defeat in Seville means Spurs must do it the hard way if they are to make it a perfect week for English teams in European action.

A controversial penalty converted by former Spurs striker Fredi Kanoute and a 36th minute winner from Alexander Kerzhakov saw Juande Ramos's team to victory but Robbie Keane's away goal after just two minutes may yet prove crucial.

Spurs have lost both their previous two-legged ties against Spanish opposition and are experiencing what Jol describes as the worst defensive crisis of the team's season.

I know we should be hoping Spurs win to add to their workload, it's hard not to feel pleased and smug at the half-time score - losing 0-2 - and even harder not to smile about Malbranque scoring the own goal.

it appears they have had it, seville gave spurs a footballing lesson first half, quick one touch football with crisp passing (walkers :P ) its almost impossible to defend against successfully.

some [Poor language removed] calls by the ref in this match as well, still, plenty of corners at 25/1

and its pleat commentating,

pascal chimbondas name is CHIMBONDA not chimbomba

its as bad as stuart calling lescott, julian.

This match was great in the 2nd half...being one who supports sevilla and hates tottenham i thought the first half was grweat, but i actually wanted tottenham to get a couple of goals and make it interesting and it was, they did play great in the second half...Anybody else think we should sign Navas? the spanish aaron lennon?

25 to fookin 1 for 10+ corners? bloody hell dylan!!!! haha.

from now on, am bannin odds of more than 5-1 for corners!
