I noticed that the other day, they interviewed some people on City, they had 3 Irish people, some Norska fella and 1 scouser.

I'm from Chester. McBain is from Oz. loads here from America, some Dutch, etc....

It used to bother me, but the game is global - it's the home of the stars, and the most watchable league in the world.

Noticed that straight away, pointed it out to my granddad (a blue) sitting next to me. He turned to me five minutes later and said 'George Sephton is from liverpool'. Bless him :lol:

of course its totally cool to have a global fan base. but a strong core loyal local support gives a side real heart and history. its just that i know everton have got that in buckets and i wanna celebrate that.
