Oh wait, wrong thread.

Anyway we shouldn't assume Jelavic is going to carry on where he left off. Expectations and Everton are a Laurel and Hardy-esque combination.

Oh, I agree, he could break his leg in our second match or he could get found out or what have you. But still the guy was our top scorer last year having only played less then half of the season, you just can't pick anyone else. It's less a commentry on Jelavic then the rest of our team.

Yeah but lad apparently we're getting investment so I think the logical choice would be Messi, maybe Ronaldo. Jelavic has no chance.
