That's not how I read the story earlier today - didn't someone play a hoax on him by making a girl up?

I don't think he actually made everything up did he?

He's stated several times in the past that they've met up and spent time together, and his dad even said that she came with him to Hawaii to meet the family. Now he's saying he never actually met her and was duped all along. It's a long article but there very damning evidence against him in the bottom half of it

Yeah, he was just a patsy. Makes it all the more hilarious in my opinion.

For those who would say "America," I wish I could raise legitimate protest.
 
That whole story is just mind boggling. Either he's an absolute idiot, or an extremely cunning and devious douche.
 
I think he's an idiot and been led along by someone with a fake account on the internet to be honest. Probably trying his best to keep some dignity about being lead along by a fake but has dug himself a big hole.
 
Gutting for him that this has come out just after him losing the national championship by a LOT aswell.
Ah well, you know what they say about publicity.
