Did some research and put together a table of the top six against each other for this year. (This is before Monday's City-United match):

United P 7 Pts 13
Chelsea P 7 Pts 13
Everton P 8 Pts 12
City P 8 Pts 12
Spurs P 8 Pts 8
Arsenal P 8 Pts 5

Feel free to check the math, but I think I got this right.

Surprised that Arsenal have so few points against the other top 6 teams, but it does emphases that the difference between the real top teams and the also rans is the points you gain/drop against the bottom teams

It's interesting that Arsenal and Spurs tend to take only a point per game on average against the bigger sides. We'll be higher up in that table because we've already played the big guns at home.

Besides us Arsenal have only got to play United and that's at the Emirates. Spurs only have City to play at the Lane. Chelsea have us and United to play.

Hopefully the Europa League and, in Chelsea's case the FA Cup, will take their toll on those too. It's still going to be really tight though.

The london clubs have alot more derbys which could be banana skins . We have the ****e and arsenal which are big games but the rest are medico teams who we should beat. For me the qpr game will show if the team has got the fighting spirit to get europe. If we win that then beating fulham sunderland etc shouldnt be that hard . Fulham could potentially be our savers here because they face chelsea at home wednesday and arsenal at home on the 21st and seen as thier at home and local derby they could take points of both sides
