Arteta - As others have said at his best was as good as any other midfielder in the prem, even when playing alongside some real chobb like neville, mikel was a wonderful footballer and tremendous value
Kanchelskis - We signed an actual world class player, and he played world class togger, damn those russian gangsters and their spiders
Dunc - lots of entries for third spot, and some actually had better careers, cahill for one, weir is a shout, i think beardsley was pre prem, big nige was a bargain, and pienaar and baines both class players, but i think without signing dunc and in particular his efforts when he was made captain under hkIII, we would have been relegated, you could argue the same for campbell a year later, but he had better players around him
