Changy and Pomp I hate to read stuff like that. Youre both ace so take time to realise it.

And if that feeling prolongs then go and see your GP about it. There's loads of stuff available to make you feel better. The worst thing you can do is swerve it. Sh*t happens and sometimes although lads don't like it they need a wee bit of help.

Feeling down is a very normal thing and loads of lids go through it. Recognizing it is the first thing, then you can do something about it. Don't be shy like.

change of scenary could probably do the trick as well, worked for me anyhow. Was at a very low a few years ago, life was becoming a bore, so decided to move from the countryside to swansea, went back into education, found a new lady in uni halls and 2 years on life is great. I know it's a lot easier to say these things than actually doing them but i found rather than moping and letting life drift away, i got up and did something new and it has probably been the best decision i have made with my life

Thing is that lids sometimes feel this way but are the worst at speaking about it.
Happens to more lids than you'd ever realise including loads of my close mates and family.

Swerving acknowledging it is the worst thing you can do. If not then it will pass over. It always does. And in the meantime: get the cheese on toast down yer lids.
