Had to have a look to see what else they offered...for the price, drop everything and get the Elmer T Lee Single Barrel. Elijah Craig 12 is a no-brainer as well, for the price. All IMHO, of course. ;)

Elmer T. Lee caught my eye as well actually, this one yeah? (http://www.thewhiskyexchange.com/P-1058.aspx)

So go for that over the Maker's Mark? The Elijah Craig I can get locally so can pick one of them up possibly cheaper.

Keep in mind I'm going off the price they want for the Makers 46...I'm having to do conversion rates in my head. Old Weller Antique 107 is a good price as well.

Is that Old Weller the same as the W.L. Weller used to be? I've had a bottle of that, nice drop.

I've got a friend who runs an off-licence and orders directly off the Whisky Exchange at trade price so I can usually get a few quid knocked off. Thanks for the recommendations mate!

For me, yeah...even more so on price. Like all whiskeys it's down to personal pref but I can't see most not liking any of the ETL stuff.

Yup, same distillers, WL Weller & Sons...

Actually, I'll just give you a link to a bourbon freak I now trust after going off some of his suggestions...you can trawl through his musings on the Yankee tipple.

This dutch stuff is the only gear in the offy that has a hand written price on it. The same offy that had a load of colt 45 beer turn up then disappear just as quick never to be seen again.
