He has been at Chelsea since 2004 and it's not a foregone conclusion that he will leave at the end of this season. I hope he stays.

At times he can be infuriating, but Suarez, in only one year, has trumped all Drogba has done in the last 8.

I think there are quite a few worse characters in the league than Drogba. He's no saint but I don't think he's as bad has he's being made out to be.

Wouldn't mind seeing him in MLS for a few years.

I reckon he'll rate himself higher tbh.

On all counts.

I believe James Beattie fancy's the MLS, when he's over there you can thank Man V Food.

If Di Matteo gets a 12 month contract, Drogba might just get his 2 year deal. He was immense in the CL Final, and barracking him for his aptitude for cheating is a difficult path to tread because there are an awful lot of cheats in the game and very few have had anything like the scale of impact this lad has.

He won so many headers in his own box vs Bayern, my MOTM by a distance.

For someone who is 6'3" and 14 stone he went down like a ****ing tart most of the times, but i suppose thats modern football. Gone are the days of Duncan, Sharp and the likes who would love the battle with centre backs and the first to hit the deck was a [Poor language removed].

Drogba was a talent, and on his day could be unplayable but to many times he was a diving, cheating prick

Signed for Shanghai Shenua.

He got on my tits a lot with his antics and diving, but that aside what a monster of a player. Watching him shield the ball with the strength of an ox and then swerve and bury it in the net was just brilliant.
