Toilet conditions in pubs in Liverpool

Ever be out having a good time in a pub and all of a sudden you need go number 2. You go to the toilet and doors are broke pee all over seats etc. I find Liverpool is very bad for this.
I think its mostly down to pub management. But I also can't for the life of me understand people defecating on seats, drunk or not.

Are you one them people or are you like me that respect the place where you [Poor language removed]? What is your opinion?
