Having being born a few short months after our last trophy I'm convinced my conception spelled the end of our Trophy winning days. Soz abar me.

Srsly though the idea of being a winning team fighting for trophies every year is utterly alien to me since all I've ever known are essentially smith era garbage and moysian bottle jobs.

So pipe down arl arses! At least you know what it's like! :p

We may as well give up. We will never win anything again :) Bottler mentality around the place. I hate when we play the block layers across the park, it's embarrassing. Nice guys finish last lads.

That 'Everton, I hate you' thread sums up life as a 'younger' Everton supporter. Make sure to check back in there after any of the following:
  • The derby
  • Any away game against a club in the top 6 or at one of the 'Big 6' grounds
  • A tricky away tie in the knockout stages of European Competition
  • A Semi Final against a club higher than us in the league
Post 1995 Everton doesn't tend to do 'big games' when we're the underdog.

Since growing up supporting Everton through the years I’m just convinced our club is cursed.
We are said it years ago Kenwright is a jinx , we will never win a thing while he is about, like a boardroom version of Mick Lyons big blue but doomed to failure while at the club, would have loved to see him lift a trophy but it wasn't to be.
As for the young fans , I just hope sometime in the not to distant future they get to experience the feeling of Everton lifting a trophy, they deserve it after decades of underachieving .
