how can the trust the most corrupt organisation in the country to do whats right? Don't arm the police. They cannot be trusted. If guns are the answer then let the army deal with it. They are trained to deal with live ammunition situations.

this kind of thing winds me up

for years we knock the police at every opportunity for using unnecessary force to the extent that the bosses are now sh*t scared to do anything that might so much as hurt peoples feelings.

So when the riots kicked off who did we blame - thats right the police agaim but this time not for beating people up, but for NOT beating people up.

Now everyone is up in arms again at the thought of the poor little looters being roughed up a bit.

The rest of the world must be laughing at us.
