Time to drop Cahill?

Impact sub methinks..we need fresh ideas and this 4-5-1 doesn't wash anymore...At times away from home yes...but when we are at home against the lower end of the league sides it just smacks of negativity. Cahill doesn't seem to operate in a 4 man midfield so bench it is.

Luckily I saved some diagrams for occasions such as this:

At the moment, we do far too much of this. It get's us nowhere

Perhaps with the use of a number 10, we'd do something more like this:

Bily for the home games - because he shoot with both feet from outside the box (and he's the only one that can) - and use Cahill for the away games where his industry and tackling would be beneficial and he may sneak a headed goal.

Weren't we playing boss football but losing last season?

The problem with the number 10 thing is that whenever he receives the ball here he will be getting volleyed up the hoop by some grock. In Italy, Spain and international football you don't have that.

Boss scoop Pat lad but you're blinkered like the Stepover Trinity: Goat, Brownie and Toccy ffs.

Tears!
