There was another thread with this same site and the link worked. I pointed out that it totally ignored the signing of Magaye Gueye who was 20 at the time (and therefore not a "youth"), made 8 appearances last season and could have made more but for an injury which he took a long time to recover from.

Fair enough. Gueye was signed in June 2010. So the "time since last signing clock" (which sits at over one year) is still accurate and that's pretty disturbing viewing even without the oversight on Gueye.

Give over. No club in the world buys a player or more based on the amount of time passed since the previous signing. Getting as sad as a Benitez press conference in here.

He was 19 when signed.
