Player Valuation: £120m
worst kept secret in football that he was going too go..........

......well he's now gone.

who next for spuds?

NEA, think he's been harshly treated, think spuds need to have a look at the guy who blew £100mill first. Like Sherwood said if he had a fancy foreign name he'd be kept on.

To be fair to Sherwood, and what i cant believe, is that he came close to achieveing their record points total in the league. Therefore he didnt do any worse a job than his predecessors and certainly got them into europe which all but Harry achieved as standard.

Watch this go tits up for them next season when the squad cannot adapt to the new man's tactics.

Sherwood started off looking like a man on the brink of a nervous breakdown. Lately he appeared more relaxed and to be fair to him his results haven't been too bad in the short time he's been in charge.

His allowing that fan who had been giving him 'advice' for ages to sit in the manager's seat on the bench did make me warm to him a bit.

Spurs will be a poisoned chalice for whoever takes over whilst Levy remains, in my opinion.

I've voted Rafael as the new boss simply as I'd enjoy ther fume from our neighbours if he took them to a higher position than them next season....though not at the expense of us, naturally.

I actually feel sorry for him. Still, I'm sure he wont be out of work for too long (always amazed how quickly "failures" walk in to another job), perhaps WBA?

To be honest I reckon Sherwood did a decent job this season and is unlucky to have been sacked, he should have got a season to see what he could do with a summer transfer window and pre-season behind him. End of the day though I'm not really arsed and the longer Spurs stay as a circus the better in my opinion, one less club to worry about
