Tickets to Everton v Man U match for US fans?

My husband and I are planning on taking a trip to Liverpool in October to attend the Everton v Man U match on October 17. I'm thinking I should become a ForEverton member so I can purchase tickets a bit ahead of the general ticket sales window, but wasn't sure if there are any restrictions on this match (or the match vs. Liverpool earlier in the month). The Everton website says further criteria may apply when purchasing tickets to these matches... what is that additional criteria? Do you think I'll be able to buy tickets to this match?

If you email the club tell them what you're planning I'd be amazed if they didn't sort you out.
 
The extra restrictions might be something like 1 ticket per person (i.e., one ticket for each ForEverton membership, in which case you'd have to buy two memberships...but I am not certain if this is the case).

But as ianfc said, if you call them and tell them your coming from overseas, they might be able to help you out.
 

If anyone is interested, here is what customer service said...

"The restriction will be that you will have had to have a previous ticketing purchase history with the Club or have a Foreverton membership."
