Tickets through the post

I bought my semi tickets on Monday by phone and was told that they would be with me Wednesday or Thursday.

Nothing here yet but as it's been bank holiday I'm not panicking just yet.

Has anyone else had problems?

I remember when i ordered 2 tickets for the Villa home cup match this season and they didn't turn up, even though i ordered them about a week before the match. Had to phone up and then pick them up, which was slightly annoying.

They've been sending them out in batches because they're using special delivery or whatever it is. Some ordered theirs at the beginning of a week & got them on the same day as someone who ordered at the end so I think they do them all together at the end of the week.

If they sent them at the end of last week it'll take a few days to come through with the bank holiday so don't worry. Worst case scenario is you have to pick up some duplicates from Wembley before the game but I wouldn't ne thinking about that at this stage

My mate & 2 of his mates have all been told they've got theirs, not sure how long it usually takes but they've at least started to tell people they have them

they lied when they said it would be their in the next day or two then, as they send them out recorded, everyone has got theirs about 4-5 days after ordering.

They still hadn't arrived yesterday, so after 20 mins of listening to Z-Cars I spoke with an operator who took my customer reference and postcode and advised that I would have them by Thursday.

They arrived by registered post this morning, so I don't know whether the phone call made a difference or that they were coming anyway.

Anyhow, good luck to anyone waiting for a ballot ticket.

coming anyway, they are recorded so they took the same amount of time for everyone, they probably just told you a day or two to stop any moaning.
