Hi there!
An Austrian toffee here... as it's a bit hard to get up to Liverpool by plane to come watch a game (no direct flights from VIE), I thought about watching a game with a few friends who'd also fly up to watch Everton play in London.

We eyed Chelsea or Fulham away but I have no clue whether it's even possible to get tickets in the Everton sector. How would I have to proceed?

Cheers!

You could try ask if a forumite would assist you with an away end ticket. I always force my friends that support the enemy to the main stand so that could be an option. Also I fly to Manchester instead of Liverpool, it's a short train trip away so not much of an extra hassle or cost, so you could see if there's flights to Manchester available from Vienna.

You should be able to get tickets to Fulham away quite easily, i don't believe it usually sells out and tickets go on general sale around a week after being available to members. However, you could also ask one of the lovely people on the forum to sort some tickets out for you as soon as they go on sale.

One last thing though, have you thought about getting a train from London Euston to Liverpool ? It's only £34 return and a 2 hour trip each way (direct, no changes) and you would get to see the Grand Old Lady. Tickets for home games would be easier to get hold of also.

I have contacted him and will sort him out no problem

Last time I went to Fulham (two years ago), managed to buy a ticket on the gate 5 minutes before the match started for the Everton end - I think they said it was the neutral end but you could walk into where the EFC fans were.

Thanks a million! It's just that I don't have 50 posts yet ... so I cannot really answer you. Except if you could be so kind as to send me your mail address ;)
