When did you buy it? It should be there almost instantly, however knowing Everton there's usually a difference between should and what occurs.

Ring the box office or get down to the Goodison Road box office early, and they will sort it.

Bought early this morning. I will give them a call mate. Still waiting for the membership packs from over 2 months ago...

If email, check spam folders? check emails addresses if you have more then one, also has the money gone from your account?

Checked all them mate. It is not showing in my orders and yes, money went out.
Tried calling the ticket office but said it is only open mon - fri.

Don’t even bother ringing anytime, an absolute nightmare trying to get through, I was on hold for 55 minutes last week Started off 10th in queue got to 1st It started ringing and then cut off

Give yourself a few minutes extra to get to box office they'll sort it and print one. They're pretty good at fixing itl

I had to click through to the site and then it said to download it onto you phone like it's a pdf or some such type of file.

It took about 15 minutes for it to go live for me. I bought mine a day after they went on sale so no idea if the system is working at that speed now.
