Don't know if this thread is in right place, If not very sorry Well guys im looking for two tickets for the Uefa cup final for me and my son but we don't have the fortunes that people are looking for so im just asking in the hope that there might be a genuine footie fan out there who can help
long shot I know but hey who knows I still have faith in people

celtic weren't like this when they got there, happy to pay a grand them lads, not saying it meant more to them like just probably more loyal:D
reckon you know the answer really dont you, have to admit though i'd be doing my best to get em as cheap as poss though as well, worth a punt fella as you say ...you never know. try zenit cos they wont sell all theirs no way.
 
Fair comment mate and I too would be happy to pay a grand but the truth of the matter is I just can't afford it:) I am a season ticket holder at ibrox but don't have a snowballs chance in hell of getting a ticket that way , have looked into the zenit angle but there club now insist that they will sell their full allocation so looks like we are cooked but we live in hope :)
Again Im just trying my hardest to get tickets for me and my son, I know its deperate measures but that all I have left:blink:

Keep trying mate, if I had spares i'd look to sell them to someone in your boat. But to be honest, any on here seem to be starting at the £1000+ mark :unsure:

Will keep looking and thanks for the encouragement and I must say you guys are a real credit to your team and I get the feeling you all probably understand the frustration that when a big game comes up and tickets are scarce how the hell do these touts end up with so many briefs ? Also why has everybody got be out to make as much cash as they can on the tickets
guess I undertsand the reason for that :( and to be honest if I had the cash and was say a lottery winner or some other minted dude I bet I would have no probs getting tickets:)
Just annoys me that your average joe bloggs like me who for the last 9 years has forked out for season tickets end up getting priced out our biggest game in years ( I was 1 year old the last time we were in european final ) probably by guys who have never been to ibrox and who probably won't go after this game..
Enough of me feeling sorry for myself, think Ill go and have a beer :unsure:
 
i do feel sorry for the lieks of u an i feel awkward for doing it but am not flush myself and opportunities to make a quick buck like this dont come round too often
 

Had to bite the bullet and made a couple of offers on ebay for tickets but no reply from these Jonny Foreigners :) yet and time is rapidly running out so folks last throw of the dice if anyone has any tickets or info please let me know:D Off subject a wee bit but I was at game tonight and dont know if my nerves will take this title run in , never mind uefa final:P
 
just been on the granada news that 100,000 are expected to head down here, was thinking of going into manc myself, dont know now though. they should put a screen at haydock park i reckon, right on the side of the m6 so easy to get too, and i could walk there.
 
Not secured any tickets but nearly been fleeced a couple of times in the quest for tickets:@ Now in two mind whether to come down to manc land :) don't know if i could bare to be so close and not get in , dont suppose anyone has found a spare ticket:D

I came on looking for tickets also but I see this is a lost cos :(

Resigned myself to watching it in the fanzone
 
even hotels are taking the micky by the look of it, saw one on ebay in ashton undet lynne for £500, for a travellodge. if you need hotels then there are a couple where i live in lowton, its on the a580 and 15 miles from manc. also there are 2 next to haydock park racecourse, all are close to newton-le-willows where a train takes you to manc in about 15 mins.
just an idea guys if you are looking for hotels as i doubt if they are inflating their prices,(y)
