Remember last year, found dead in her grandmother's house when left in the car of her grandmother's new fella.

She went 'missing', he claimed she went out and never returned. Days later she was found in the loft dead, after two police searches of the house didn't spot her. This is all fact. The below is from the prosecution and is to be decided in court if it is true or not.

Well the court case started today, and it's already thrown up some shocking facts:

Cause of death believes to be strangulation, but as she was in the loft for some time it was difficult to clearly establish the cause. Prosecution alledge, from what I can make out, that he sexually assaulted (raped) her and then brutally murdered her.

Absolutely disgusting. I wish we had the death penalty for people like him, if of course it turns out he is guilty of the murder. He says she fell down the stairs and broke her neck, then died.

I feel sick.

I think most people have heard enough to draw their conclusions, but sadly it seems there is even more stuff that has yet to be mentioned.
