I try and stay under 1800 calories per day because I'm trying to lose weight, so I generally have three "proper" meals and then spread out snacks through the rest of the day as and when I need them
Breakfast is usually about 7ish
Lunch about 11:30
Dinner about 6ish
Usually have a piece of fruit between breakfast and lunch, and a cereal bar between lunch and dinner
If I'm still hungry after dinner then I might have a snack of some kind
I can usually stay under 1800 that way. It's quite regimented and I keep a food diary of what I eat so I can keep track of it all
It's a dull way to live but I had to buy a new belt and I need some new jeans as my current ones are very loose on me, so it seems to be working
