Three Meals A Day ?

Usually 4 a day. When I was mad for the gym I was having up to 6 a day with snacks in between.

I try and stay under 1800 calories per day because I'm trying to lose weight, so I generally have three "proper" meals and then spread out snacks through the rest of the day as and when I need them

Breakfast is usually about 7ish

Lunch about 11:30

Dinner about 6ish

Usually have a piece of fruit between breakfast and lunch, and a cereal bar between lunch and dinner

If I'm still hungry after dinner then I might have a snack of some kind

I can usually stay under 1800 that way. It's quite regimented and I keep a food diary of what I eat so I can keep track of it all

It's a dull way to live but I had to buy a new belt and I need some new jeans as my current ones are very loose on me, so it seems to be working

Just in reference to this;

I just weighed myself

I’ve gone from 17 and a half stone in March down to 15 stone today

My classification has gone down from “obese” to “overweight”

Need to lose 2 and a half more to be at what is considered a heathy weight

Best get on with it then!
