Has there ever been a more despicable act than that even in this bloody conflict?

The IDF are using a missile in 'door knocking' to warn people of incoming bigger missiles, basically a small missile hits a house making the occupants 'evacuate' before a massive shell turns the building to dust. This is a similar tactic, from what I have read so far the kids were running away.

Basically shooting kids in the back. As low and despicable as it gets.

The 'balance' in news reports that comes even in the aftermath of that atrocity is disgusting.

How low do you have to be to agree to take that job on? Especially the 'reporters' on the ground witnessing the one sided slaughter?

The Israelis wouldn't have that. They dont give a flying one about the UN or their resolutions. That's their backyard and they'll do what they want in it. The only power they'd listen to is Washington.

Any other part of the world and it would happen, they need some independent force there to separate both sides and restrain both sides behaviour. For example kidnapping and murdering Israeli school kids is not acceptable, so there needs to be justice, but bombing civilians who were not responsible is a step too far and will just radicalise more palestinians.

Once again, Obama comes out with his favourite line 'Israel has a right to defend itself'. Makes my blood boil.

If the US love Israel so much, they should've offered them a chunk of North America to settle in after the war, and told them to build a new Jerusalem.

Its only when people start to see this situation in it's geographical context that they will wake up to the reality. The US needs Israel strategically.

A horrible thing to happen, although I'm sure unintended which of course doesn't make it right, but it's war and I didn't see the same outrage for the 3 Israeli kids who were murdered on here. Worrying.

Israel DOES have a right to defend itself and when Hamas hide their rockets in schools etc and use their own kids as propoganda then all moral high ground has been lost.

I fully believe Jewish people have a right to exist and if Hamas stopped bombing and using their own children as bait then I'm sure Israel would accept peace. The difference is Hamas don't want peace, they want extermination of the Jews no matter the cost.

Just so's people realise, the IRA did exactly this in the Warrington bombings, maybe worse, as the first one that went off, made people run into the second one.

I thought I saw that ISIS had claimed responsibility since? That 'group' using all the weapons supplied to Assad's opposition....

As for Obama, who is he going to be bothered about upsetting, the Palestinians or the Israeli support network in the US?

Reading 'Forged in Fury' at the moment (not a well written book but very interesting) and though we liberated the Jews from the camps, once we had nobody really wanted anything to do with them. I'm sure there's absolutely vast parts of America which are uninhabited and not too undesirable, which they could have provided for the Jews. Though tbh it's likely that they wouldn't have been terribly grateful for it, and in time would've gone on to reclaim Israel anyway.
