I got Arsenal @ 14/1 and ManUtd at 9/2, both arbs and hedged so they are essentially risk-free bets.
Also got Chelsea at about 9/2 as I think they'll go close to successfully defending their title.
Don't get how City are clear favourites - Guardiola still has to prove himself as a PL manager imo.
