You mean the 6-2 on bommy night? F*cking hell. Horrid mate wasn't it? That was the exact moment I realised Everton weren't going to be boss any time soon.

Yes it was on the telly. Graham Taylor had Platt and Cowans running rings round us. The crowd baying "Keown whats the score?". Utter nightmare.......
 

Yep it was a Sunday afternoon and it was live on ITV. Thing is we were 0-6 down before Cottee gave the scoreline a tad bit of respectibility but it was a truly embarrassing performance. IIRC Harvey described it as his "worst day as an Evertonian" but the seeds of doubt were sown and it was the beginning of the end for him.
