davek

Player Valuation: £150m
All I hear from this Rotheram feller since he was elected in May is questions regarding the best way of sorting out Liverpoolfootballclub's problems and pacifying their fans concerns. He's like the MP for Anfield Road.

Is he ever going to turn his attention to anything else? God forbid he asks some searching questions about our stadium issue or how our club is underfunded.

£65,000 per year to act as the Spirit of Shankly's agent in Westminster.

is their stadium that was built in stanley park in Walton ?

Yes. The two clubs are both in his constituency. I dont think he realises that though. Every single question he's put in Parliament so far has been to do with Liverpoolfootballclub. He's just a Kopite with a grudge who's milking a £65,000 per year post. It's like having that McKenna lad in Parliament.

if the rs dont use ther option to build in the park and choose to redevelope the swamp could we build on it given there is already planning permission

Liverpoolfootballclub have the agreement off the council that the covenant protectiing the park would only be waived if the club not only built their stadium but also contributed to the redevelopment of the Breckfield area Anfield falls within. They agreed to that and it would cost them tens of millions. We cant afford a stadium, never mind all that other cost.

what if it were down 'our end' or if the road behind the park end was rerouted around the other side of the ponds, giving us the additional space which is a lot wider, then the majority of the park would be saved compared to the vast amount of it that the shoiteshole would take up. Anfield/breckfield 'aint our responsibility and we could keep the ponds etc as a haven of tranquility for the many all inclusives that spring up on matchdays, what could be more relaxing before the game than pedalo's and punting with cans from bargain booze.

It'd still cost. Maybe Kitbag can donate the money for it? Elstone can persuade them, I know he can.

Maybe, though at least he is a season ticket holder at that shower and not one of those modern politicos who pretends an affection for a particular club (or clubs in Blair's case) in order to make the common man feel some tiny bit of connection with them. So I would rather have him as a local MP, even with all the pro-kopitism rather than that unpleasant genus of wonks of which Berger* and Twigg are probably the worst local examples.

* though I would

Not if he's intent on ignoring a massive problem in his constituenciy he isn't.

You can imagine him in the Commons bar cant you? Getting bladdered and singing YNWA...and screaming 'Sankey did it'!!

Really thought this was going to be about Kilfoyle. Didn't know he'd gone, probably most of Walton don't either the useless fat ****. He may as well have been a kopite.
