too close to our other colours, if we couldnt wear either of our kits then we couldnt wear that either.

remember the season when our third kit was just darker blue, think it was 07-08... not sure how we got away with that.

i don't think the purple is too close, if we play a team with colors like inter, it would work fine. the only way it wouldn't work is if someones shirt had black and blue on it, since i don't think the pink pinstripes on the away kit are enough to be a color clash

I wonder if we are planning to just wear the purple kit for a special occasion? It seems to be connected to the Rhys Jones foundation.

maybe we will just wear it at the derby and it will be a fund raiser?

admittingly that shirt looks absolutely lovely, but too close to black and blue.. so why would we need to wear it against blackburn when we have the black kit.. and when we play inter milan we cant wear black or purple .

will be white or yellow , cant be the pruple surely!

if the away was white, then it would be fine.

That purple one doesn't look like a third kit, looks like something for charity like that pink kit we had.

it's clearly not a vintage year for our kits. i agree the purple one looks like something for charity. Hopefully anyway because it's awful...purple is a bad colour. Although, if it was blue it would be a huge improvement on the home kit cos i reckon the design is OK.

still, anything is better than the chavtastic away number

I remember Glasgow Rangers had a purple away kit when Laudrup played for them and it looked nice. But gold with purple!?

The design looks sub-Primark.
