in work we have a accredition programme all managers have to go through.

As there are so many managers it all got to much for HR, so they asked for volunteers to undertake the assessment of managers.
I sit here and ask why I put my name forward but I did..

Today I have 3 managers I need to assess, each assessment take around 1.5hrs so a long day

A definite regret and I know it will be a nightmare to do as simply I don't want to do it...

I regret very little as it's made me who I am today. To regret would be to want to be another person.

That's said, the few things I really regret are what I've leant later to be down to my miscommunication or others inexact interpretation of things I've done or said which have lead to decisions being made erroneously. Relationships ending based on warped senses of what was happening on both sides which was found to be not what was actually going on when looked back upon years later sort of thing.

The missus and I are arranging a weekend away, and we were trying to figure out why we never had weekends away a lot more when we had two incomes, no kids, and plenty of spare time. So yeah, regret not making more of my time as a young adult.

As someone who really tries to live as much as possible and to try out many different things I don't think there are a lot of things I regret, but in the same time I believe there is no person who regrets absolutely nothing.

Perhaps my only regret so far would probably be not being able to control myself when making decisions in some important situations back in time. I always had huge problems with self-control and believe me, it is a tough fight, but it, thankfully, got much better lately.
