So I've managed to scrape enough cash together to fly over with my 7 year old for the city game for his first trip to goodison for his present. So we're going to be in a hotel in town from Xmas eve until the- 28th. Had I known the fixture change I could have just flown over boxing day. Has anyone any ideas of stuff we can do over this time. Xmas day will be interesting this year. We'll obviously go to the Lisbon first off. But yeah, any sights we can see Xmas day within walking distance to keep the young one occupied? Not even sure what to do for Xmas dinner. 😂 😂

Christmas day in China Town is good - packed and everywhere open.

Sadly most of the stuff for kids won‘t be open until the 27th at the earliest, but have a look at the theatres, as you may be able to get tickets for a panto - the Everyman is normally good, mad, but great fun.

Worked the Everyman panto for 13yrs, set building etc.

Good times, great fun

The following seem to open on Boxing Day:
Indoor funfair at the Exhibition Centre at Kings Dock
Goodison Stadium tours
Racing at Aintree
