Put rice in
Bring back to boil
Keep stirring for the first couple of mins during cooking
Keep tasting every minute after about 9-10 mins until your satisfaction
The key is once you get it to your texture immediately get it out of the hot water and quickly rinse in cold water this way it will stop cooking and stop it going lie rice pudding (mush)
I hate them.
