As the title suggests, anything that used to happen years ago but you don't really see now?

for me, first thing that comes to mind in the top levels is keeping the ball in the corner to waste time. I hardly ever see it anymore but going back 5-10 years ago any team winning a game would be sending it to the corner to see out results.

Another is special celebrations. Again you see them rarely, like the phil brown one that bullard did the other year but besides that, rare to see choreographed celebrations these days in this country.

The lack of choreographed celebrations should be welcomed. Proper Soccer AM stuff that needs eradicating.
 

Perimeter fencing with a public address to warn you not to climb on it as it was coated with a sticky substance.

It was a real facer to go to the ground one match with a clear view & the next to have a fence in front of your face.

That, and the back pass that the goalie was allowed to pick up
