Seeing this video brought back memories of goals I had completely forgotten about, his nonchalance was something else when he was on form.

The best striker moyes had during his time here, good at holding the ball up and linking up play, and the most lethal and cool finisher ive seen. Shame he wasnt given enough time to recover his form after one of the worst injuries you can have.

Still baffles me why moyes dropped him after he destroyed the ****e and scored against i think it was stoke, getting back up to speed and then that was the end of him

It was a strange one that alright, really seemed to have turned the corner. Although he'd been really bad for a fair stretch before that if I remember right.
It's easy to imagine Moyes just barely tolerating the Yak's approach to training, and one day blowing up about it. Who knows, though? The Yak must have trained very conscientiously to get over that injury.

One of Moyes biggest errors of judgement this. He proved Moyes wrong at Blackburn.

Loved him. Best finisher I've seen here.

Thought Jelavic was a cut above until he started playing like his laces are tied together.

seeing this video brings back memories of how insanely stupid the GEMA ruling is in Germany (video blocked due to copyrighted music)

I'd say the 07/08 team was Moyes' best. The 08/09 team ran it close though, especially before the injuries to Arteta and Jagielka.
