Slideshow with latest news hooked onto various RSS sites such as NewsNow.

Hoping to get my head round websites like 'Digg' etc and hopefully, with a few contributors... get on other sites like Google News.

Gives fans more of an audience to have their voice heard, should they want to.

Ah ok, cool. Digg et al are quite hard because you might have a large football audience (although not in their case as sport seldom has much attention) but how many Everton fans? NewsNow and Google News could be big though.

If you get the articles up and running with an rss feed I'll plug that into the Everton fan page I've got on Facebook. That's got around 1,300 fans now so it'd be a decent bit of exposure.

Cheers (y)

I like it but feel it would be better placed on an external page. Lets say for instance GOT had a homepage then that would be a great 'module' to drop into it to highlight the latest topics. Likewise you could give the code to other website owners to put on their sites.

On the forum itself it kinda gets in the way a bit, which is a shame as it does look fantastic. Maybe that's me talking as a grizzled old timer. Could it be included for non registered members perhaps?
