should be able to make some points on RS and spurs. i'm only counting RS as rivals for europe atm because we've been just as poor though.

didn't realise we weren't playing till monday ffs
 
This is a weekend that we really have to capitalise on others dropping points. If we don't then we can say goodbye to Europe.

Three fixtures stand out where we can make points back:

Arsenal - Newcastle
Swansea - Tottenham
Man United - Liverpool
 
I know we rationalise every single game to be the be all and end all and I hate that but 6 teams ahead of us playing each other, a win please Everton.
 

In light of tonight's result and Southampton dropping down the league (as we all foresaw), I really believe that although we are in twelfth, we are actually in a better position than might at first appear. We are "flying under the radar" as they say. I reckon we hang around the relegation zone for most of this season (and next if need be), lull the lot of them into a false sense of security through winning stuff, having success, and the like, and then have a totally unexpected surge and win the whole f***in' lot in 2017! What do you say, lads? A masterplan or what??

They play Burnley at the weekend? 3 points in the bag and we are still 8 points behind them?

I admire your optimism mate but that's the kind of horses**t they come out with on RAWK.

You're only as a good as where you're sat in the league when it comes to the footy. If you're sat in 10th, you're as good as that - 10th. Same applies to first and rock bottom of the league.

I remember when I was a young supporter of this club. I used to call old man Kenwright funny names. "Iron Butt." "Boner." Once I even called him..."asshole." But there was always respect. I always knew where the line was drawn. And you just stepped over it, buddy-boy. You've insulted me. And you've insulted this club with that [Poor language removed] creation of yours. I had a guarantee military sale with ED 209. Renovation program. Spare parts for 25 years. Who cares if it worked or not?
