Agreed - series 1 was the best TV ever, but went downhill from there, apparently as they run out of money. There were around 4 of us on my team that watched it - we have all given up after the last series.

Brilliant as ever ? its gash nowadays. It peaked at season 1 episode 1, its been downhill from there.

Go back and watch the pilot episode, It's on completely different level to everything afterwards, I had such high hopes for it based on that and thought it was going to be some epic 28 days later tv series but instead its turned into a naff soap opera with some zombies chucked in.

On top of that all the characters bar Daryl are absolute dicks and the acting and dialogue is laughably bad at times.

I'm on series 4, series one was good but Rick is the worst thing in ANY show EVER.

His stupid posturing and attempts at a smoulder are so cringeable it kills me.

Also, the white male role is bizarre. Basically the black men all do what they are told by Rick, without questioning him and the women all do the chores. If Rick is away his 10 year old son in given the role of leader over the women.

Basically it is utter tosh and the most flawed programme on TV yet I still watch it hoping for something good to happen.

massive cringe at that opening scene in tonights episode with whatsherface and the kid talking, the acting was on a new level of gashness !
