This is why i hate this country so much. They know he is a danger to the public but they release him anyway. I mean, i have no words to describe that!

This is why i would not be against convicted with evidence Paedophiles be given a death penalty because whether they are punished or not, just not having them breathing is a start for the victims.

And the irony is, would i be unlawfully held in prison if i murdered this gentleman after raping my 9 year old daughter?

More like another case of political tinkering - ie the bringing in of indeterminate sentencing to make sentences sound a lot longer (and therefore be cheaper) than they actually are - with the legal system resulting in a scandal or two further down the line. No doubt the usual MPs will cause a fuss that either doesnt do anything, or makes the situation worse.
 
I doubt the same politicans, judges and 'liberals' who see to it that this shambles can go on would be of the same opinion if it was there child that was raped by this scumbag.

Biggest problem in this country is this sense of compassion for pond life like murderers and paedophiles. No more use to humanity than Ebola.

So you think people suffering from what many believe to be a medical condition which is beyond their control, should be put to death ?

Medical condition? You could excuse every rapist, psychopath and cold blooded murderer on the same basis if you tried hard enough, as none of their actions are rational. However, they all have the power of free will, and those who choose to cross the line deserve to be kept away from 'normal' society.
