Simple question.

We've been running with two transfer threads for a little while now, so this is your chance to feedback what you think.

I'll be honest, barring a massive vote to go back to one thread, I'm pretty sure we're sticking with two threads for this transfer window. But we'll look at any sensible feedback and try to incorporate any good ideas into subsequent transfer windows.

This thread isn't for having heated discussions with fellow posters. If you disagree with someone, then it's fine to say so, but if people look like they're coming to virtual blows over the subject, you're more likely to be infracted than thread banned, though you may well get both.

Most important thing, is to vote, especially the lurkers.

I think the 2 threads option is ace.... but why can't people understand the difference ? and why do they get all offended if somebody reminds them not to clog it up with what could be decent conversation in the right thread. It's really not hard to differentiate .

2 threads is perfect for me, but I would personally take a more aggressive stance with regards people going off topic in the "main" thread.

Not so much as thread bans, but more with moving posts to the speculate and then clearly if people dont listen, thread bans.

I realise this takes moderation time, so its just a suggestion like.

The offer of me modding that thread still stands.

People don't read stuff properly, especially when they've had a drink. Make the title on the jokey one so obvious that even someone bladdered knows what it is ?.

Let the official jarg and unofficial jarg ones continue and let someone trusted post to a third thread, a daily update of anything real that actually happened! You know, a one minute news at 10 bulletin to say that the breaking news is that there is no news.

One thread.

Two threads gives you one thread filled with utter crap by people just trying to take the piss. The other one is 60% users going wum and trying to police the thread for laughs (or because they genuinely care, who knows) and 40% credible rumours.

either is fine as long as there is some consistency with banning people from the 'serious' thread.
single posts were permanent bans a week ago, now you have people continually off topic, or in the wrong thread. Hell you're actually warning people on there now as well wft??
