Jamie was the other scottish spin doctor. The third and fourth series are the best for me but all of them are ace. I could watch them endlessly. I've shamelessly stolen some of the more socially acceptable lines when abusing mates.

I always remember the two women arguing and Jamie just saying " fight fight fight " and trying to take the coats off them until Malcolm cock blocked the cat fight.

Fantastic show. The movie In The Loop was pretty damn good too. Some great writing.

I went back to watch Yes Minister and Yes Prime Minister recently and its much less cutting than I remembered but still a very good satire on the ridiculous workings of the political world.

Funniest bit for me was when Malcolm slips a note to Jamie iun the middle of a meeting telling him to do some unspeakable sweary things to Julius. Made me chuckle the content of the note.
