The Thames boat thing

On a very wet afternoon in between catching up on the last season of Dexter i flicked over to watch the thing on the river Thames only to see what i thought was a very very pissed Anneka Rice slurring her words while interviewing some people who were painting in the rain. Did anyone else see this???
It was about 4.30 ish i think

I did! Didnt think she was pissed, just incredibly annoying.

She has always been annoying, just that i use to be able to forgive her while watching her ass fight its way out of the jump suit while looking for clues but now i just want to slap her
