Someone was petrified of alienating a certain section of society so has just lobbed them all on there, also appears to be conjoined twins to the left of the cowboy.

To be fair it must be murder being an Evertonian running a pub at the moment. Everyone will stick the boot in and least in many walks of life you could say sorry mate i'm busy doing something, whereas you are expected to be there for a chit chat.
