Moyes was good for us cos it worked and the board could keep the fans off their back. Now no Moyes, the board will now struggle to find a similar manager to Moyes. The other approach like other clubs is to back a manager and let him bring in two quality players in the team without selling anyone. If the board cannot provide this then they should sell now before we start our new adventure. They should have sold around 18 months ago while we had Moyes in charge. The board have done their best and now have lost their most valuable asset now. We need modern young men in charge now.
