The Premier league

Not sure that much needs to be done, I suspect these things just go in phases and some time in the next 5 to 10 years it'll swing around again.

If we look at it since the downfall of Serie A in the late 90s, La Liga has been the yardstick for all but 4 years.

I'm up for another counter armada to be honest, sail round to Spain and nick a few of their best players just like the good old days under another Queen Elizabeth.

couple of years back england had had finalists in a fair few consecutive seasons.

the premier league is the best top league in terms of competitiveness, that's way more important than having 2 of the top 3 in the CL final. madrid haven't been in the final for years, barca are on the decline and atleti have had a great season, but who knows how they'll cope with teams vulturing around their best players.

the prem is going to be awesome next season, any of the top 7 can realistically win it if they have a good summer.

The best in England is down this year. But City and Chelsea have more money to spend than even barca and real do. Both will reload this year. Plus with man utd also spending 150M? in the offseason there might be 2-3 close to 100M footballers.
